I scored this particular dress from Saks for about 65% off and couldn’t be more pleased. It fits true to size, is the perfect mini length, I.E. not too short and the colors are even more true in person. It’s pretty safe to say that any summer vacation I planned to go on has officially been put on hiatus. With the state of COVID-19 continuing to rise in California & with Americans being banned from entering the EU, — no lie, we’re literally banned from entering,— I’ve been playing around in my closet, styling up a few pieces I’d love to wear outside, you know, if outside was actually open.

I scored this H&M dress about a month ago and initially thought it was “too beachy” to wear in everyday life but the more I styled it up, the more I fell in love. I tossed on this Tohum necklace and my #oldceline sunnies and immediately felt like somebody’s rich auntie who in real-life, isn’t rich at all.

After sharing last week’s H&M Studio post, I inquired about if you’d be interested in seeing some of my favorite sets for summer. Well, little did I know I’d get such an overwhelming “YES!” on Instagram so here we are today: you, me and a few of my favorite things.

It’s peak summer weather here in California so all I can think about at the moment are airy, lightweight materials, oversized hats and of course, sets that require little-to-no styling or thought.

Though I’m not much of an H&M shopper these days, when I previewed their summer studio collection, I knew this set had to happen. To say this gives me #oldceline vibes would be an understatement and can we please take a moment to appreciate this beautiful watercolor print! — I mean, OBSESSED!

Of course I topped the look off with my Celine slides —bc, duh, and my vintage LV bag was also the perfect topper. Needless to say, this set has quickly become a favorite and will unquestionably be getting more wear as we continue into summer.
