A Little Gucci. || A Little Gingham.

Back to work after a 4 day weekend and I'm already asking myself, "Is it Friday yet?" I FINALLY got around to wearing my Who What Wear x Target dress -which is sadly sold out- and I gotta say, it's probably one of the best pieces I've purchased this summer. Perfectly on trend yet still classy, I created a little waist w/ my Gucci Marmont belt and tied the one that came w/ the dress around my bag for a little added interest.

I won't even spend a ton of time talking about how much I'm loving the ruffle trend. -See how I styled one of my favorite tops here!- And though the trend nothing new, we are seeing a ton of fresh takes on this super girly detail be it in tops and skirts and even on the hem of jeans and pants!

-I just scored these on clearance for $16!-

Nonetheless I don't plan on getting too many more pieces because, overkill, I am pretty obsessed with the few pieces I do have that I'm sure will take me through summer and right into fall! Xx -C.

Last seen here, I'm all about an easy shirtdress. If you ask me it's a wardrobe must-have but can easily fall short of being considered trendy due to its simple style and silhouette. I stumbled across this Zara version back in March and though I'm just now wearing it, I can definitely see myself styling it throughout summer with slides and into fall with ankle boots and a leather jacket.

Thanks for stopping by! Xx

Windy Weekends || ZARA KIMONO

Kimono // Zara. Sold out but loving this + this one! Dress. Sandals // last seen here Bag. Sunnies

Happy Monday gals.

So before I even continue, can we just talk about how difficult it was to get these photos. The wind was next level insane and with every step and turn I took, the wind would either knock me over or blow my hair -and other random particles lying around- in my face. What was supposed to be a 30 minute shoot took almost an hour. - _ -  But anything for the blog.

Nonetheless if you follow me on IG then you probably saw that I was on the fence about keeping this Zara kimono. I had been eyeing it since March and honestly didn't want to pay $130 for it but after it sold out -thanks to Kourtney Kardashian sporting it- and came back in stock, I decided to go ahead order it and I'm so glad I did! It's the perfect 3rd piece for the warmer weather and adds the perfect pop of color to any look. Though they're not online anymore, I'm hoping to snag the matching pants once the Zara sale starts.

E N J O Y!   Xx
