Ok, so is it clear yet that I'm over the summer and anxiously awaiting for fall to make its way in? I don't know what it is about this year in particular, but I'm craving grey clouds and misty days beyond belief and sadly, these stores {with their amazing pre-fall pieces} aren't helping.
I recently took inventory of my closet and noticed that one color I was missing in particular was pink! Whether in small accessories and shoes or various nail and lip colors, I plan on adding a few more {wearable} pink pieces to my wardrobe in addition to the usual suspects of grey, green, and blue.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, curate a wardrobe that gives you the ability to just throw on and go. Even though we're headed into fall, I scored this J.Crew Collection dress last summer and looking back on it, despite the price-point, I'm glad I snagged it when I did.
Easy and fuss-free, -though it does wrinkle a bit much for someone who despises both ironing and dry cleaning-, this dress has definitely gotten me through a few "I have nothing to wear" moments as well as a few effortless day looks.
Whether it be a go-to dress, jacket, or your favorite pair of skinny jeans, I believe one of the best ways to enhance your wardrobe is to buy pieces that you not only love, but also pieces that can be styled with pretty much anything. Hence my new Target slip-on sneakers and my oldie-but-goodie MJ bag!
